Congressional Candidate Brett Kokinadis issues term limit and equal representation agreement, asks Rep. Deb Haaland to do the same
Albuquerque , NM — Brett Kokinadis, a Republican Candidate for U.S. House of Representatives in New Mexico CD 1, issued a written agreement with the people of New Mexico.
“New Mexicans have spoken up in support of enacting term limits on Congress. It’s obvious rural New Mexicans feel left out when it comes to fair and equal representation in New Mexico and Washington D.C.
Candidates, and elected officials must be on record pledging equal representation and consideration as to how legislation impacts urban and rural New Mexico equally.
It’s time for citizens to be the voice of the people in Congress, not career politicians. Whether Congress is successful in passing such measure, I will adhere to the terms of the agreement and challenge Rep. Haaland to make the same written commitment.”, Kokinadis said.
